LLC “Archimedes Assistance” is a subsidiary company of J.S.C “ Archimedes Global Georgia”. It was established on May 20th, 2011 and aims to provide quality and efficient service to its customers. 24 hour hotline provides medical consultations, solves health insurance related problems, and arranges health service to the insured.
LLC “Archimedes Assistance” employs 35 highly skilled professionals with medical degrees that have been trained in the House of Justice and on Archimedes base.
Our service includes:
· Answering the incoming calls in a timely manner and providing necessary information
· Provide quality medical consultation
· Identifying medical incidents and organizing/ managing medical assistance
· Selection and recommendation of doctor and medical facilities
· Organizing emergency service
· Contacting the insured and providing requested information
· Providing full information about the insurance policies and reimbursement process
· Hospitalizing the insured and monitoring their health
