Limited Liability Company “Archimedes Clinic” is a subsidiary company of JSC “Archimedes Global Georgia”. It was established on August 12th, 2010 and aims to provide healthcare service, specifically primary and secondary medical care in Georgia.
At present, “Archimedes Clinic” operates two hospitals (20 and 30 bed hospitals) and manages 140 village-level ambulatories in Kakheti Region. It plans to open a new 20-bed hospital in Senaki region by the end of September, 2012 and 15-bed hospital in Dedoplisckaro by September 1st, 2013.
Mission of “Archimedes Clinic” is to redefine health service delivery, by creating the company, clients will recommend, employees will be proud of and shareholders will flourish.
Guiding principles of “Archimedes Clinic” are:
- Always recognize the importance of: satisfied customers, their trust and the “word of mouth”;
- Value sense of belonging something special among employees;
- Acknowledge that profitability is essential to our future success.
“Redefining health service delivery” is the company’s approach to strategic planning. It acknowledges need for drastic changes in health service provision and calls for doing new and innovating things in dynamic and complex health care market in Georgia. It promotes “learning” by “doing” process, since environment whether it is external or internal is so turbulent in Georgia that it does not give us a second for just “learning” or just “doing”.
